

Watching a patient survive a code, take their first steps on prosthetic legs, or being in the room when a patient I told they are receiving a new heart are the moments we all want to be a part of. Never talk badly about anyone during an interview. How did you handle the situation? Were you able to build a relationship with this person? Describe a situation when you had to work closely with a difficult coworker. Always remember to talk about what you learned from the situation and if anything positive came from it. We suggest telling a story about a time you dealt with a co-worker who had a conflicting personality, a disagreement within your healthcare team, or a challenging patient case involving your team.
